Staff and maintenance. We had a light bulb out in kitchen and cooking the dark for one week. We spoke to font desk messengered the property and nothing. Parking was not set up for us so instead of $15 per night had to park at another garage for $45. They said we needed credit card confirmation and every time I called they were going to email it and then get us a transponder the next day. Never happened. Read the reviews and you’ll see constant complaints about non responsive staff. The reviews are real. Too bad. Great location. Easy access by T to the heart of the city.

Buongiorno abbiamo avuto grossi problemi con il parcheggio ed avuto un danno economico importante e di perdita di tempo !! Dopo avervi scritto messaggi e una mail diretta ieri su come funzionava il parcheggio a cui non avete mai risposto quando sono arrivato in struttura ho dovuto chiamarvi per scoprire che ci andava un pass ! Non avete avuto neanche l’idea di portarci il pass direttamente alla struttura visto che era tarda sera , di spiegare che qui intorno NON ci sono parcheggi , che i parcheggi su strada sono solo di 2 ore Pacheggio limite e dí scalare dalla carta di credito! Ho dovuto parcheggiare all. Aereo porto con enorme spesa dí parcheggio, taxi, perdita di tempo e lontananza di almeno 30 minuti a piedi dalla struttura!! Oltre al fatto che l’appartamento non corrisponde ed è lontano 2 blocchi dalle foto che pubblicizzate !! Metterò recensione molto negativa. Ultima nota dolente .. assenza di oscuranti in camera !! Sembra di essere di giorno !!

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Pier. Wenig Verkehr. Kleiner Indoor-Pool und gutes Gym im Haus vorhanden.

Das Apartment wird für drei Gäste angeboten. Es ist aber teilweise nur Ausstattung für zwei Personen vorhanden. So gab es nur zwei Stühle für drei Personen, davon war einer defekt, so dass man drohte herunterzustürzen. Für die dritte Person gab es keine Bettdecke. Das Zimmer war nur bedingt sauber gereinigt. Die Anlage macht teilweise einen abgewohnten Eindruck.

Posizione: top sul waterfront di east Boston con una vista magnifica dello skyline; vicina alla fermata della metro (ad una fermata dall aereoporto) Dimensioni dell’appartamento: sufficienti per stare pochi giorni, arredamento moderno. Viene fornito un kit di benvenuto con detersivo per lavatrice piatti e lavastoviglie , scottex, sacchetti spazzatura e caffè.

Ho avuto un problema con la lavatrice che si bloccava: ho richiesto assistenza, hanno aperto la richiesta ma non si è mai visto nessuno ( mi sono aggiustata e speravo mi. Si bloccasse). Pulizia: l’appartamento non era proprio pulito; vicino alle finestre c erano degli insettini…. La doccia non drena bene e rimane l acqua stagnante. Posto non segnalato bene: ho fatto un po di fatica per trovarlo.accoglienza alla reception non proprio sorridente… spero che questi spunti possano servire

Great facilities. Roof terrace was beautiful, included great seating areas, bbqs and firepit. Great games room including free pool table, table football, shuffleboard and retro games console. Great location, very close to metro(3-5 stops to central ateas) and ferry .

Keys were not at reception when we arrived after a long flight. Concierge went above and beyond and lent us a temporary key. The keys that were left in the apartment did not work and agency did not arrange for replacement during our 3 days stay . Very noisy aircon

No breakfast.

The rooms weren't the ones we booked.
