Localização. Bem perto do metrô e vista lara cidade.

Péssimo atendimento do time de recepção. Aquecedor muito barulhento. Perciana que nao deixa escuto a noite. Bem difícil para dormir.

It’s parking and room

The area was nice and the people were friendly and very helpful.

I didnt like that we had to search for parking and for the right building but, the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I didnt like the lack of lighting in the apartment due to bulbs needing to be replaced.

I think if ye guys had a phone app and message people and advice would be helpful

The location was great, beautiful view of the city across the harbor.

The bed was very creeky, I had hard time getting the parking pass and one agent was very rude when we were trying to get help

La posizione è davvero ottima, vicino alla fermata della metro e al ferry che porta sull'altra sponda del fiume. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto quanto serve: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice e viene fornita la biancheria da bagno. Arredato con gusto ma poco funzionale e di conseguenza utilizzabile solo da due persone.

L'indirizzo fornito era sbagliato e non è stato semplice trovare il civico indicato, inesistente. La persona alla reception ci ha detto che non poteva mettersi in contatto con la proprietà perchè sfornita di recapiti e dare indicazioni. Eravamo in tre e il divano letto ha il materasso completamente sfondato ed è davvero impossibile dormirci. Abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli da qualche parte dopo il check-out ma l'unica risposta avuta e' stata la precisazione che nel caso si doveva pagare, i prodotti da bagno erano solo per una persona.

Very clean room, and the suite was exceptionally spacious (perfect for families). I was also impressed by the charging dock near the alarm clock! Great breakfast options with omelettes made-to-order, and they clearly sourced the baked goods from a local bakery! Ample, easy parking in a covered garage, and the location was great - lots of food options walking or driving distance, and a Walmart 2 mins away for any emergent needs. Staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs amidst a very busy time (concert nearby). Overall, we quite enjoyed our stay here and will come back if we’re in the area!

The bathroom was a little outdated , but this is a minor grievance compared to how much we enjoyed our stay

The building was modern, newer and secure. Front desk for condo was very nice & responsive (within their scope of work)

The units AC was not working from the first day we arrived. We reported this right away to Global Lux and they sent someone later in the day, but nobody ever came back to repair. It was very hot inside. We did not want to leave the windows open for security purposes and also a lot of noise. It was very disappointing that nobody ever came back to deal with the AC. The bath faucet & toilet paper holder broken.

I will not be staying there again.
