The check in staff are absolutely NO help and have no idea what is going on IF they’re even at the desk. I had to go from building to building while on the phone with the front desk because they weren’t sure where THEIR own entrance is. No directions. No help. Had to wait 30minutes outside IN THE COLD until someone came to the desk to check me in?! Meanwhile I get to the room and find moldy ice, broken shower, broken dryer that said “don’t use” which I needed because I PAID for the amenities and room?! Absolutely horrific. Then for checkout the lady at the front desk told me to leave the keys in the room but she’s not sure if that is the protocol. HOW. Worst stay I’ve ever experienced and expect a refund that I was promised on the phone. Absolutely unacceptable.

The property was clean and in a quiet area. Having facilities available to us as a family was excellent - gym, family room with snooker table and access to an indoor pool. It was also very convenient to have a store next door and train station only mins away (Maverick station)

Nothing. It was perfect for what we needed

The room was clean and well-made up.

The shower had water pressure and water temperature issues. Whoever manages the unit obviously doesn't prioritize repairs.

The location was really good, with nice views.

The bed was really uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, we had to set up the sofa bed to sleep and that was not the best.

Tuvimos muchos problemas con el parking. No nos llegó el pase hasta dos días después y el conserje de la tarde no era muy empático. Además, a pesar de que pone recepción 24 horas no es cierto

Good location, facilities were good

Hard to find and access rooms. No luggage trolleys Room did not have towels etc and weren’t delivered until the next day. Concierge was for the Building and not for the rented room Mattress wrong size for bed Lounge and pillows very uncomfortable
