The location is very good

Customer service is very poor. I asked for a parking reservation and they sent me a form that did not work properly. I informed them about the issue and they told me that I shouldn’t worry, as they would review the form and come back to me in case additional info was required. Everything went quietly until arrival at the property, where there were no parking stickers available. ​I contacted them again to ask about the car park, and they sent me a new form which I was able to fill out this time. I mentioned to them that I would need confirmation of the parking by 8:00 AM—the time I had to move the car—otherwise, I would need to find an alternative. No response was given. I tried to contact them several times since I hadn't received the confirmation by the mentioned time. ​I eventually texted them that I would not need the parking anymore and rented the closest parking lot available. A representative confirmed that this was okay, but then, four hours later, the parking information was shared with me and the fee was deducted from my account. I asked them what happened and why they processed the transaction, but I have received no response so far. No blankets were available for all the guests. I asked for them, and the service support mentioned that they would be delivered next, which never happened.
