Great potential, as a well appointed apartment and block but apartment so poorly maintained. Very good location.

Despite repeated reviews of poor shower drainage the bath tub barely drained whilst showering. Reported to front desk told booking.com there were maintenance issues but no action. Poor bed and old, stained bed linen and pillows. Broken plate, missing cutlery. Poor management let’s what could be a very comfortable apartment down

Kitchen light was not working the whole time of our stay. I called and told customer service twice but nothing happened. Property had a beautiful view of the water and a great playground around the corner.

I enjoy cooking a meal when on vacation and this kind of place makes that possible.

Hours before my check in I was told that due to maintenance issues that I would have to move to another building or cancel my stay. It was labor day weekend in Boston so I had no choice but to accept the change. I was told I was being upgraded to a new building which was not true. I asked about a hot tub and swimming pool which the other building didn't have and parking was 4 times more expensive. My new accommodations were fine minus the amenities. After returning home I made numerous calls to request a partial refund or a discount on a future stay. Since my request was denied I will not book future stays with Global luxury suites. I am a 30 year veteran of the service industry. We don't always get it right. However this company had the opportunity to keep me as a regular customer with a simple gesture. They still have that opportunity if they choose to.

Your rental contract is ridiculously long. No other rental agency requires a photo of the credit card and ID of tenants - this is onerous and will put me off staying in the future.

I don’t know why this place has gotten some bad reviews. This was a great stay. Clean, safe, very convenient. It’s right across the street from the ferry that takes you across the harbor to long wharf or seaport district. And also a close walk to the subway. The apartment itself was beautiful. Loved it. The indoor pool was great especially for the couple of rainy days we had during our visit. Such a great stay!

Location. Lovely little apartment.

Broken bed. A kitchen but NOT ONE pot? Broken furniture. Not particularly clean. Disappointing lack of concern by host for the basic necessities.

The location was great. A metro station almost at the front door. It took less than 5 minutes to get into the Boston tourist area. Also we were allowed to check in early with no extra charge. We couldn't get a late check out but we were allowed to use the club room TV, pool table etc. in the room. We left at 4PM for the airport as we had an evening flight.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website. We were not in the building with the rooftop area, swimming pool and the large beautiful gym. We were in a totally different building with a different address than mentioned. It was across the street; but very inconvenient to use the facilities. There was a much smaller gym in the building that we were in. Our apt. was ground floor with a view of the street. The bed was very uncomfortable.
