Global Luxury Suites East Boston

It is a very nice location. Apartments are in good condition but that is it.

It is impossible to get contact with Global Luxury Suites. They rent some apartments in the block of flats of other company and if ok - ther is no problem. BUT I was bitten by bedbugs. Immediately the information was sent to Global Luxury. They tell my assistant that someone will come to see the room and will help with change- BUT nobody has come. Then it was impossible to contact them they did not answer a phone and they don't answer the e-mails. Horrible.

Amazing location right by the water, quiet building and clean. But the furniture is really uncomfortable, particularly the couch which is the only seating, it’s a pull out bed so the entire sofa sinks in low. The bed isn’t solid and easily slides off the frame just by sitting on it. We also had a delivery order stolen from the front desk area.

Great location with quick access to the ferry & the subway. Lots of places within walking distance.

For the price, the apartment itself was pretty sub-par. Furniture was worn down (buttons missing on the couch, lamps with their fixtures loose, the tv stand looked like it would collapse at any minute, the squeakiest bed I’ve ever experienced) & the unit wasn’t well cared for. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. There was paint or dirt on the bathroom wall & the bathroom faucet was loose. It was fine, I guess. But not worth the price, IMO.

NO black outs, broken chairs. I called to let them know, they offered to fix it and never came to fix it

The property is beautiful, I like the area perfect for us..

The room smelled so bad, we had to buy scented candles, Lysol spray, perfumed spray and we had to open the windows all night because the smell was so strong and unpleasant...we had to go to the room, spray, leave for a few minutes and come back in, the smell was so bad that it made us nauseous...We never knew what the bad smell in the room was, one experience that I will never return to that hotel.

I didn't stay there. There was no place to park my car!!! We left and stayed at the Marriott Long Wharf.

Location was nice. Convenient to metro.

Lots of problems with this property. Upon arrival, I was greeted terribly. The concierge was rude. First claimed they had no idea where the keys to my room were, and then it took them over an hour to find the keys to my room. The right side of the bed was broken. There was a TV in the room with no channels and no cable or anything available on it. Not enough toiletries in the room. When k requested apparently no one was available to provide toiletries because it was a holiday. Thermostat would not stay to a desirable temperature overnight but kept changing the settings.

Very well equipped apartment and very spacious, great value for money given its locality. Metro stop is a 5 min walk and a few stops from downtown Boston. The apartment itself had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kitchen had all the things you need if you wanted to cook rather than treating yourselves to a meal at some of the nearby restaurants. It had aircon which is ideal for those hot summer nights. Highly recommend this place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of central Boston, and, given its size, more value for money. It also has on site pool and gym and leisure room that you could use for the duration of your stay - an added bonus.
