Emerald Clarks Inn Suites

I used the place for forty five minutes, because i had a small child and she needed rest. Family members who were to help keep the child calm from travel stress were not allowed in. Disgraceful.

The rooms were clean and the food was good.

The rooms could hv been a bit more spacious. It's just enough for 2 people and not spacious enough for a family of 3. (where it does not make sense for you to book 2 rooms)

Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff.

I was very disappointed with the first impression of the security staff at the time of arrival. I was waiting at the entry gate for long time due to a car was picking someone and coming from the reception area towards the entry point(wrong side) with the help of that security staff (lean, height & young guy). His attitude was really bad and he didn't provide a proper care at the time of our arrival during the rainy time and asked us to park outside in a rude way. During the time, the basement parking was available and I had to collect all my luggages from backside gate parking area. Apart from this, the overall experience was really good especially the breakfast & food was really tasty. FYI: Please provide a proper training to that security person how to manage the guests who are coming for a stay. In my personal view, he takes care of the restaurant guest with proper umbrella, inside parking etc.

Breakfast was awesome.
