the stay was worst lot of noise the the reception people are very arrogant it’s waste of money paying so much you don’t get what they promised the work is still going on

the reception lady who attended us was very unprofessional and rude

"Not overly expensive but would not have booked if we had known building work was ongoing."

The food was really good.

Having to pay cash on arrival (we had to find an ATM). Building work ongoing in hotel so constant noise despite room change. Poor quality linen and grubby towels which have long seen better days. Couldn't walk about the bedroom in bare feet as they quickly became dirty.
