everything was fine. Only the reception staff needs to be more polite and friendly to the guests. Food was very good at the in house hotel.

"Staff that made a hotel a home"

The staff particularly floor manager Mr Nayan who was able to overcome any obstacle that arose.

As with other reviews - the wifi has challenges in achieving a reliable service
