Staff was very nice and helpful

the age of the facilities is pretty notable, shower door and front part of shower in room 105 are about to fall off

There is not much to say. I never got the booked room.

When I completed the reservation on Booking.com, I was standing in front he staff that was helping me. No sooner did I hit rhe 'reservation button, but the staff member said,"I can't sell you the room. It's just been booked. I didn't realize it was ME who booked it. She didn't even tell me who took the booking. Simone who appeared to be more senior management said there was another room that could be 'fixed', but then she jacked the rate another $30 and angered, I walked out. So now, that business is acting like I took the reservation and want to know how I feel. Ok, I feel like I'm dealing with the inept, who are likely to take advantage of me. This was ridiculous! If I am charged for the 'non-stay', my credit card company will reverse charges. Never again, will I be abused like this!

Room size

Breakfast is a bit skimpy.

I liked how we could choose a breakfast option from the front desk. I had a bagel with jam, biscuit, and sunny D. Nice to have breakfast before we hit the road.

The lights around the mirror in the bathroom didn't work, so there was limited lighting in the bathroom, and both the shower door and the bathroom door were a little difficult to open. Luckily we had no other issues, and had a comfortable stay, but our experience would have been even better if we didn't have to worry about the bathroom door getting stuck. No other complaints though. Convenient location on our way home from a big adventure.
