Red Arrow Inn & Suites, a Travelodge by Wyndham

Location was great. Mattresses were decent. Room was huge. Sheets and towels were clean and quite new.

Hair in the sink. Outlet cover missing in the bathroom. The room carpet wasn’t well vacuumed and still had a couple of old tissues on the floor. The hallways to the room felt very unkept, very dirty and dated. It was very dark and i would have appreciated some better lighting in the hallways. Probably no need to feel unsafe but the outside of the hotel rooms just felt a bit sketchy.

The pricing was ok for the time of year.

The pictures were misleading. This was a very sad looking room with even sadder other facilities. The pool was unusable because it is in disrepair, the gym was shut down, and wifi was awful.

The property needs to be maintained better.

The staff was very understanding and didn’t challenge my need for a refund.

The door was not secure on the unit I was in. I left and stayed somewhere else
