"It was a very nice room, and would have been great if we had hot water."

There wasn't much left as it was a continental and the staff offered a couple cereal bars.

The sink had no hot water and the shower only had Luke warm, so wasn't able to take a shower, otherwise everything else was OK. Would have appreciated a clock in the room.

The doors locked

I went out at 5 am to let my dog go to the bathroom. I took my card with me, and when I tried to come back in, the battery for the door lock died. I spent 2 hours outside the lobby until they got in at 7 am. They lost the master key to the room, so I wasn’t able to get in to my room until 945 am on Saturday. I missed my obligations and I’m seeking restitution from you as I have not been able to reach anyone at red arrow to dispute. I need someone to call me 6305449415 ASAP

"Dirty, hot, unstaffed, and unprepared."

The a/c unit did not work in our room, causing the room to reach over 100 degrees. When we asked the staff about this they told us that maintenance was too busy to come to it. There were used Clorox wipes around the room and the floor was dirty as well. In the morning we were expecting to go eat breakfast when it opened at 7. However the lobby was not open until we had to leave. This was a terrible place to stay

Lots of stains and a smell of heavy duty clean supplies to try to cover up what maybe was a smell of urine

"Disgusting"

We checked in walked to the room and it was absolutely filthy. Smelled of cat urine to the point where we were uncomfortable even putting our stuff down. Didn’t even stay here and ended up having to book something else…Don’t waste your time or money! Worst hotel experience I’ve had in some time

Beds were good. Supplies in room (soap, shampoo, iron, blowdrier, etc.) were nice. Parking was easy. Breakfast seemed a little sparce so we ate elsewhere.

The rooms could use a little updating and sprucing up. Maybe a few better options for the breakfast.
