Juan, de la entrada y los hostest nos atendieron bien, el restaurante es bueno.

Subir tantas escaleras al piso 3, pero está lindo.

Not much. only the location was good.

The rooms had bad configuration. no locks on the toilet or shower and you could see inside of them. shower head was weak. hot water turns of @.approx. 11pm The fan power was weak. and it made an annoying, loud noisy when in operation. No noise insulation so you can hear everything from the street and other rooms. TERRIBLE place - can't believe it is affiliated with Wyndam.

The location was good and the porter who helped customers with luggage was a gem, super friendly and helpful.

The staff were eating at the front desk, to start. The primary woman who was checking me in was so rude, it was shocking. I was early and she said she would give me an update on whether my room would be available or not - I wound up sitting there for 30 mins with no update while the staff just chit chatted. It was so unprofessional. My room had no wall hooks (my friend's room did). My friend's room had a broken AC and despite a conversation early morning, where the staff said they would repair it or move them, nothing was addressed when we came back hours later. They eventually moved in a halfway decent portable AC and no comp was offered. You have to leave your ID to use an iron or hairdryer - this was so crazy. This place had such great reviews but was essentially one level up from a hostel. Would not stay here again.

Siempre que llegamos Juan nos recibe de una forma muy cálida y es muy amable, atento, nos ayuda con el equipaje y si es necesario resguardarlo, lo hace.

La actitud de la recepcionista que a pesar de tener habitaciones disponibles no nos quería hacer un early pass, la vez pasada que me hospedé pasó con la misma recepcionista y en esta ocasión tuve que poner una queja por la actitud que siempre tiene con nosotros, su nombre es “Mich”
