We were in town from Texas for a family member graduation. Plus there were other events going on and the hotel seemed full - which is likelywhy the price was above average. The breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment - seemed more in line with the next level down of hotels - not a Hyatt Place. Secondly, having the room refreshed daily seemed to be a hit or miss. The "dude" at check-in was less than impressive.
