Location. Indoor pool.

Tv reception was horrible. The indoor pool was too cold for children and play. Housecleaning staff picked up trash and used towels and did not leave replacement towels. Breakfast buffet on second day of stay at 8:00 am was out of several of the basic items to the point we skipped breakfast. Specially booked this hotel for indoor pool for our grandchildren, they were disappointed.

"Better beds and rates for family members with emergencies"

Better sleeping beds, I get it people are going to complain; not everyone is going to be happy. But I’m telling you the bed was absolutely horrible to sleep in, it was like sleeping on concrete. We stayed due to our son being in ICU and if the bed wasn’t so horrible we would have stayed longer but you need a better rate for people who have family emergency’s so families can afford a decent place to sleep and not have to go to a flea bag motel and worry about doppers and lot lizards.
