"Two night o Fayetville"

Really excellent choice to stay in Fayetville. Super clean, spacious room and surprisingly rich breakfast. I sid not use the pool area but it looks cleaning good for families.

"Lovely hotel but insane pet prices"

Nearly everything but the price

The price on booking.com was 140 total... when I got there they charged 160-something and then added a $100 pet fee. I've never EVER paid that much for my 2 small dogs. $260+ for us to be there not even 12 hours was crazy to me. We've stayed at several Hyatt Place hotels (with our dogs) and never paid that much.

"A Good Choice"

Very clean. Well Maintained. We worked in the lobby and it was very pleasant. Not downtown but very easy to get to. Plenty of parking.
