"Rest needed"

I needed sleep and a shower after spending 4 nights with my grandma in hospital. The room was really nice and the shower was very large. I’d never slept so good.

It was easy and check in was quick. Front desk staff was extraordinary, very friendly and always helpful if I had any questions. The front desk that worked the weekend I stayed, All of them deserves a very special “Thank you “! Thank you all for everything, you made my stay very special!

There wasn’t much I didn’t like except, one reason I booked my stay was because of hot tub and swimming pool, my sm wanted to enjoy the hot tub and I wanted the swimming pool and I was able to enjoy my swim and she was a little disappointed about the hot tub…I made it up to her with a massage, that was the only negative thing about the whole stay. You all still get a 10.

We regularly enjoy staying at the Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale location. Breakfast is great, the hotel is new and clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We love that it is located near the city's trail system too!
