Modern 2 Bed Apt in Edgbaston with City Views & Parking

It was in a really nice location and good value for money- instructions for everything in welcome pack was very helpful.

Only thing was slightly uncomfortable on double bed where it zipped together but other than that no issues.

The apartment was a lovely size for 4 adults. The bathroom facilities were good and it helped that there were 2 bathrooms .

The apartment was not as clean as I had thought it would be, especially as I was told that we couldn't check in before 3pm as it was being cleaned! The carpets needed Hoovering and a curtain holder was stuck on with sellotape that came off when I tried to close the curtain. It was obvious that the apartment had not been inspected to ensure it was ready for the next guests. On the plus side there were cleaning products and when I reported the curtain holder the team appreciated the update.

Good location, quiet environment, secure parking

Lack of clothes storage space, (2 wardrobes 3/4 full of owners items and nowhere to put clothing, so it had to stay in the suitcases. The bed storage was full of towels. Fine for staying overnight but not good enough for an extended stay), no coffee table, or a place to put down cups when seated. The kitchen contained 1 desert spoon, which made having breakfast interesting for the four of us. The owner should try living in the apartment for a week and would soon see it's shortcomings.

We had a great stay. The apartment is one of the nicest we've stayed in; it's spacious and stylishly furnished and has secure parking. Only a 10 minute drive into the city centre. Communication from the owner prior to our check-in was excellent.

We couldn't really unpack as there were no drawers or shelves and the wardrobe was full of spare bedding.

Great facilities, everything you need is there, we particularly liked having two bathrooms. Convenient location for getting to the city, there is even a bus stop right outside. There is a Greg's and a good sized Co-op under the apartment complex.

Very well served. Good location just off the city centre. Well equipped spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Modern furniture and fittings. Lots of natural lighting.

TV a bit too small for the size of the living room.
