"Really easy check in and out, clean nice apartment. Nice beds and clean bathrooms."

Central location clean, modern, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, easy check in instructions

There was a bunch of boys hanging out in the parking garage that seemed sus one night, also a homeless person hanging out by the garage entrance one night, we could have used more towels for showering. Could have used some kitchen towels as well

Comfortable / spacious / 2 x bathrooms! Nice touch with biscuits etc, next door to coop / Greggs!! Host was easy to communicate with, and the price is a steal!!

The apartment itself is very secure and has everything you need. Bakery and groceries available adjacent to the complex. Very contemporary decor. The apartment was handy to Edgbaston, where we were going to the tennis.

It was sad to see so many homeless people, literally on your doorstep.

A lovely clean apartment close to the city centre, but located in a quiet and safe-feeling compound. Super easy key collection, I appreciated the free parking, and the management company were always quick to respond. Very decent value for money as a reasonably last minute weekend booking.

I wasn't comfortable that they ask you to click a link to a third party website away from booking . com, and upload your ID and card details in order to take a security deposit. But I said as much in a message and they were very understanding.

"Lovely apartment"

Great location close to city centre. Overall a fantastic apartment. Spacious with all the facilities you will need. Looks just like the pictures.

There was a not so great smell in the apartment when we arrived and there were tea strains on the kitchen sides and bits of food.
