Excellent location, easy to find & detailed instructions how to access property. It was - Clean, spacious, warm, quiet with complimentary extras. Needed to contact owner who was lovely & v helpful.

Would have liked a 2nd fob, as if somebody went out the others couldn't get out & then back in. Just Park was handy, but for additional payment, such a shame as lots of available spaces in underground car park & out side the apartment, which understand not available to rental guests.

It was great having secured parking. Check in process very easy, great location for the Athletics and easily walkable. Very comfy beds and perfect can either be twins or double.

With one set of keys and fobs quite difficult as you can't even get out of the building without the fob? What happens in the event of a fire?

Everything! One of the best apartments I have stayed with in Birmingham. Location was perfect. Fully equipped. Clean, Modern, spacious. The guide for check in and general information like WIFI is fool proof. The host is AMAZING perfect communication. No question was too much for Maria.

The apartment was everything I wanted and more, perfect location with easy access and exit was very clean and had everything provided with a lovely secure parking space and I am sure i'll be back in the future.

"Birmingham Stay"

The apartment was ideally located not far from our event centre and not far from town. It was clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms and at a reasonable price.

You need to pay a deposit in addition to the cost of rental and this wasn't obvious on the booking.com app prior. However the deposit was swiftly returned afterwards.
