Modern 2 Bed Apt in Edgbaston with City Views & Parking

Key collection instruction was super easy. Entrance was secure using key fob provided to the parking and stairwell areas ie felt very safe. Bus stop to town was right in front of the building. We used it because it was raining otherwise it was a 20 minute walk into town. There is a Coop store on the ground floor for all basic provisions open till 10pm. The flat was clean. Information booklet provided. Heaters and heated towel racks effective. Kitchen well equipped. Pots were sturdy. Fridge freezer. Bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo etc Bin liners, dish sponge, washing up liquid and dish washer sachets provided. Lots of useful hooks in the bathroom. Milk sachets, tea, coffee and biscuits -good after a long journey. Good views from the top floor! Great comfy couch. Host was marvellous and answered all questions within 30 minutes or less!

The secure bay in the parking garage was so helpful near the city centre. Excellent communication with the host and amenities in the apartment.

The host was amazing, Very considerate and understanding with great service. I enjoyed every day of my stay. I highly recommend especially if you’re looking for a little get away, it’s perfect for a peace of mind. Location was excellent, right in the central area with easy to everything. If you come across Park Central City Loft, Don’t miss out! It is worth it and you won’t regret it.

The location was close to town and had local amenities such as co-op and Greggs. The fact that there is allocated parking space is handy.

A little disappointed by the cleaning standards. Had to clean the bathrooms again before I could use them. The floor in the bedroom appeared not to have been vacuumed. The hot water turn cold really quick. At times the water started hot then once in the shower went cold.

Great location, free parking (designated underground space), really clear instructions for arrival and use of everything in the apartment. There's everything you need in the apartment which is spacious and well furnished. It was clean and well-equipped. Two bedrooms so perfect for families and a choice of beds as they're zip-lock. Being on the 6th floor was great for people watching! (Dont worry, there's a lift!) Only a 15 minute walk to the Bullring (we're quite fast walkers!) and nice restaurants and bars.. We had stayed for the shopping as it was our daughter's birthday but there's so much to do in and around the area.

Great communication and instructions from the host. The apartment was spotlessly clean with good facilities. Extremely comfortable beds, great showers and a fantastic central location.
