We was there for a week. Never again !!!! My daughter went downstairs to get towels and Toilet paper the man at night told my kid that they don't give out toilet paper and towels after 10 o'clock at night.. Thats crazy, we had a long day to come back to the hotel for that..

The general manager is so rude and we come in every month for two weeks and now I will never go there again and look how much money you are losing.

the floor was damp in the morning. I think it was from the air conditioning unit. when i went to check out and advise the staff no one came to the counter. I left the location at 9:00 am.
