"Stupid is as stupid does"

It was horrible. The lady that worked the front desk didn’t even know how to pronounce the name of the road that they were on when I called for their address prior to arrival also, she didn’t seem to care to ever learn how to pronounce it! I would suggest you hired somebody who is mature and has a brain in their head!

Hallways and elevators not kept clean floors are all stained and elevators look like cleaned only twice a week

Excellent service, room clean and tidy. Only issue was that there was no small wash rags or towels in the room

"Great Service, but Everything Else Needs Work"

The service was amazing while we were there. But the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The tub was so filthy I had to go and buy cleaning items to scrub and clean the tub myself
