"Very disappointing especially after we up graded to the best room"

Location was good hotel had lovely big suites to upgrade too but where in need of modernisation Had rooftop bar but was not open

Very dirty in general the daily cleaning was not good but the whole hotel could do with a deep clean Advertising having rooftop bar which was not open couldn’t even get up there in the lift when asked said was under refurbishment

Phòng trang bị so với các khách sạn 4,5 sao ngang tầm thì thực sự không bằng họ. Bởi mình đi cũng khá nhiều rồi. Lần thứ 2 quay lại mường thanh nhưng đều có sự trải nghiệm không tốt. So với giá tiền thì khá là đắt. Trang bị cũng không được như đúng cách gọi là 4 đến 5 sao. Khá thất vọng
