La habitación era bastante cómoda. Me gustó mucho la amplitud del sanitario.

Considero que podrían ser más amables en recepción y también mejorar un poco la intensidad de la luz dentro de las habitaciones.

Piso resbaloso provocó caída de mi madre por lo que tuvimos un salir antes de la fecha programada para llevarla a realizar radios X Quedaron en generarle un crédito que hasta la fecha llega La comida está buena pero sus precios demasiado altos y en USD Mucha bulla de otros huéspedes y en el hotel no hicieron nada La playa no está limpia me toco puro lluvias y para lo que conocí en 2014 Mahahual ya no es el paraíso para ir a conocer En resumen una mala experiencia Mejor ir a Bacalar 100/100 recomendado

This hotel is really pretty, but the tv in my room did not work. Also the beach town shuts down by 6 pm. Which I thought was a bummer. It was only one restaurant open. I thought I could go down to the hotels bar to hang out but the bar also closes super early. If you are planning to visit Mahahual make sure you do all your shopping arriving and eat before 7 pm because you wont find anything open.

We spent two wonderful nights at Noah Hotel in Mahahual and absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts is that the hotel is right on the beach—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun with your feet in the sand and the ocean breeze all around. It’s the kind of place that makes it easy to unwind. The hotel’s restaurant, Malecón 21, deserves a review of its own. The food was absolutely delicious—so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to explore other places to eat. We were on a mission to try as many things on the menu as possible, and everything we ordered was outstanding. From the fresh seafood to the unique flavors and great presentation, it exceeded our expectations. We are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful beach getaway with amazing food and warm hospitality.

His exceptional service, always with a smile, made us feel right at home and truly enhanced our experience. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to, and his genuine care for guests made all the difference. The accommodations were impeccable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect for exploring the beauty of Costa Maya. Hotel bonito, limpio, agradable, buen restaurante en el hotel y a una cuadra de la propiedad. Una panadería excelente a 6 minutos caminando; el club de playa limpio y bien atendido. Que no me gustó: los alrededores, están muy sucios y descuidados. El pueblo se ve sucio, deben pugnar con la delegación municipal por màs limpieza en la zona.

We spent 5 wonderful days at this hotel in Mahahual, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cleanliness of the entire property was outstanding — our room was spotless and perfectly maintained every day. The location it’s just amazing: right in front of the most beautiful stretch of beach in all of Mahahual with a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. In addition to that, the hotel is just above Malecon 21 the best restaurant in town. If you’re planning a trip to Mahahual, don’t hesitate. Mucha gracias Osvaldo!

Really nice location beach front. All stuff was friendly smiley and helpful. Clean rooms well looked after. Definitely will choose this hotel gain
