Shimanto Riverside Hideaway

Kenji is a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay a lot. He ensured, we had everything we needed during our time at the hideaway. He welcomed us outside the house, staffed us with all necessary information and the house is very clean. And if you need any support, Kenji makes sure, you get it. Especially the little details and thoughtful interior will make you have an authentic experience. We recognised, that the hideaway is also used as a one-night-stop during roadtrips, but we definitely recommend staying a few nights to "hideaway" and calm down during your trip.

Only Microwave, Toaster and Rice Cooker can be used. Rest of kitchen has decorative value. Full meal preparation is not possible.

Kenji was a great host. Helped us plan activities around shimanto and get reservations for dinner — and his recommendations were excellent. (Ask him about kayaking and the riverside sauna!) The house was very charming and the location beautiful. Would recommend at least 2 nights.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans la plus grande des 2 chambres du rez de chaussée. Le lieu est incroyable, tout à côté de la rivière au calme absolu. La décoration de la maison alliant traditions et confort moderne, l'équipement de la cuisine et le soin apporté au moindre détail nous ont enchanté. Kendji a été un hôte parfait, par sa gentillesse et son attention à nos questions. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Une superbe maison traditionnelle nichée sur le bords de la rivière Shimanto avec une attention particulière apportée à chaque détail. L'amabilité et la disponibilité de Kenji, notre hôte. Un séjour nature et authentique. Plein d'activités aux alentours. Vous pouvez compter sur Kenji pour vous réserver les meilleurs Izakaya du coin. Bref vous l'aurez compris, nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Mitten im japanischen Paradies, mitten ins Herz! Atemberaubend schönes altes japanisches Haus mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet - ohne auch nur ein bisschen vom alten Charme zu verlieren. Man fühlt sich zeitversetzt und als Gast einer Familie.

Gar nichts. Alles war großartig!

2台目の駐車スペースに駐車場するには少し運転に自信が必要かな。
