Roami at The Brassline

The unit was nice but there was an issue with the code at the entrance to the building

Location is ideal for the convention center and the communication without staff present was very impressive. However, you have to be ok with the noise level from the freeway that is literally above you. We also struggled a lot with the room temp as ventilation to the main bedroom was poor.

My booking was canceled at the last minute, and I had to go through a lot of trouble to secure the room that I had already paid for. Plus, the room was unbearably humid.

Could smell dumpster from door way entrance. Room smelled musty and of mildew. Stay was good but falsely advertised for breakfast.

Cannot really relate to the service being that it is self-service, but the instructions, the rooms, the loation and comfort level were all terrific!

Clean, cute.

It was perfect for attending a conference at the convention center. I didn’t fully love the lack of available staff, but for getting in I was able to find the assistance that I needed.
