They accommodated us arriving 5 hours early easily and provided us with a pristine room without us notice. They were courteous and professional, the entire hotel was extremely clean and well managed.

"I'll be back"

It was very nice overall. Bathrooms need some love. The shower was super cheap and somewhat dirty. The breakfast was ok, but that orange juice is gross. I would definitely stay again. Staff was friendly and Valet was quick. Great location if you're going to the expo center.

It was nice. Loved the location.

The price was increased due to a concert. But it definitely wasn’t worth the price. The water was not hot, was warm if it was turned all the way up. The bed was not comfortable. Mandated vallet for a parking lot that was attached to the hotel seemed excessive, especially for the price.

"SO amazing!!!"

Upon arrival we were greeted by the most enthusiastic and happy staff. The associates at the desk were so happy and accommodating. We were served delicious buckeye and macaron treats. The rooms were very clean. The hotel bar staff was so helpful and friendly, especially Lou! He made us feel very welcome and comfortable after a long day of traveling. At night we were given beautiful lavender sacks to place under our pillow for a calming nights rest. I am so happy with our stay. And so excited to stay here again! The AC is truly making this brand luxury and comfort.

Overall the room was clean and service was good, however $39 per night to park and a $20 minimum for breakfast were unexpected excessive costs. An elevator was out of order as well which made timing difficult.

"Great music and atmosphere"

Tyler was amazing!!!! Great environment great location!! Tyler always made sure we were taken care of he went above and beyond to give us the greatest experience for our short time in Columbus. This location is a great spot for date or night out on town to explore and have a great view while watching the game or unwinding for the day.

"Fun winter girls night!"

We had a fun Galentine’s night out in the igloo outside on the balcony. Food & drinks were great and our server Tyler went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Great view of the city and fun atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit!
