Went to the rooftop bar and Tyler was our waiter. There was an issue in the kitchen with a water line so they closed early, but he was phenomenal and super helpful even when the restaurant had to close. Ambience was great and the vibes were set. Will definitely look forward to returning. 10/10

After a long travel day, checked into our hotel, which was so clean and perfect. Walked around the area and then spent some time in the fitness center. All the equipment we needed. After cleaning up we headed up to the 8th floor for a rooftop dinner. Lumin Sky Bar has a great menu. Definitely get the hummus as an app! Truffle fries are awesome, too. And our meal was SO GOOD. Our waiter, Tyler, was excellent! Will definitely be staying here again!!

My wife and I had a good stay. The room was very clean and she enjoyed the shower. We had breakfast upstairs and our server was Michelle. She was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff and others staying in the hotel were friendly as well.

The shower was fantastic and everyone was so friendly. The whole place was very clean and smelled really good. We had breakfast and Michelle was such a sweetheart, helpful, and a great server! I would recommend staying here and want to stay another time.

The front desk and rooftop lounge staff were so, so helpful and warm. They also had little sachets of lavender in the lobby for guests on a rainy day, I put one in my luggage on the way home. Nice attention to detail. But really the standout element was the staff. Thank you!

Noise level is insane at this price for a hotel. The music from a bar across the street was so loud it shook my room window until 2:30 AM. Front desk said they’d call the police and when I asked to move rooms they woman said nothing was available. I checked out early and went to another hotel.
