Clean room, kind staff.

The rooms echo. Need more soft surfaces to absorb sound somehow. The bed was terribly stuff and uncomfortable as was the couch.

Tyler was phenomenal. Great service. Remembered us and was on top of the ball the entire experience. Will be back. The food was exceptional. More importantly, we were given a great rooftop experience. Hidden gem and I hope it stays that way but I know it will not. Especially with this high quality service.

We werr in town for our sons graduation from OSU and our stay ended on a disappointing note. The roof top restaurant bar was unexpectedly closed for maintenance on our 2nd night of our two night stay. This was very dispointing due to the fact that my wife and I planned to have dinner and drinks with our son here after hid graduation. This was the whole reason that i booked this specific hotel. We had to change our plans very last minute and most restaurants were already booked.

The AC Hotel is very close to the Columbus Convention Center and North Market. If you have to be in town and want to walk everywhere, this is a great location. The parking lot is attached to the hotel, so if you valet, you can physically see your car and it's easy to retrieve. If you come on a weekday, they have treats like buckeyes and macaroons at the front desk, which is fun! There is a hotel bar on the top floor which has nice views and great service.

Our stay was good. The hotel was nice but I will say a little upset about charges I wasn’t aware of. We booked a hotel last minute for my daughter’s tournament in Columbus no where did I see the vallet charge or it was required. So the first night we were charged for it and the second night charged double for it because her dad (who is in the army came to visit and watch her games). We also tipped so that alone this weekend was $100. We also paid for the extra breakfast charge and Saturday they were unable to offer and had to close the breakfast area due to plumbing issues. So why did we still have to pay? When I asked they said because they still offered coffees and muffins in the lobby that day.

We had great service, great food, and great cocktails. If there’s a storm, don’t be deterred by the patio. We loved watching the rain with the great view. Tyler was a great server too. Very attentive and friendly. The empanada was superior!!
