Secrets Riviera Cancún All Preferred - Adults Only - All inclusive

This resort was great! Cruz, Spicy Luis, brown sugar, Danny boy, and Luis in the preferred lounge made our stay everything we hoped and dreamed.

The resort was beautiful! Its about a 20 minute ride from the Cancun airport which isnt bad but its secluded! So if your looking be near clubs i wouldnt recommend! The rooms are amazing showers in the middle of the room and jacuzzi tubs on the balconys! The food was okay! Drinks amazing and the service! They also offer swim out rooms! The hibachi restaurant was the best, but thats the only restaurant you have to make reservations for! All in all definitely a 10/10 stay! And you have access to the breathless resort as well so 3 different pool options with swim up bars and a dj!

Great food, service, and vibes. Can’t complain. Louis at the preferred club bar was the best bartender ever. I’d go back.

This resort is very nice if you're looking for some relaxation... the hydrotherapy experience was AMAZING and the swim out suite was EVERYTHING.

I recently stayed at The Secret Hotel, and it lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from this international chain. The quality of service and food was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The food was delicious and well-prepared, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. What truly stood out was the staff — proactive, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-serviced stay.

The resort as a whole was amazing. The only thing I wish was a little better was the information at check in. There’s a few things that were included in our reservation that we never knew about and never did. We found out on our trip home

Loved every minute! There was a little bit of high pressure bait/switch at check in to “visit” another sister property & go home & tell all our friends & family how great it was -but we heard it was selling a travel club membership & would take almost all day - not sure if that’s true-but didn’t like that so we canceled & were made to feel like it was kind of taking away “someone’s brownie points”…

Love all the food options… love the room, it was really spacious!!! The people working there goes all the way to make you happy… Would definitely recommend!!!
