This property did not disappoint. It was beautiful and the staff was amazing. They made you feel right at home. The food and drinks are amazing. They kept you busy with entertainment by the pool! Spicy Luis and angel were amazing at keeping us happy and entertained. For a fun and relaxing stay this is the place you want to be!!

Ramirez & Samuel the sommeliers are amazing they not only both go above and beyond but make my experience amazing everytime (I used to hate drinking wine but Ramirez has definitely opened up my taste buds). They truly both care about the guests. If it wasnt for them coming here would not be the same! They both make me feel like family. Emiliano went above and beyond with planning my engagement and it was beautiful - he was not only easy and fast to respond but a genuine individual that made the process simple! I also have to say Emilio the butler was so easy to work with and helpful, he took care of everything I asked him and more. Its truly an honor to know all these individuals as they really do care about the guests and make you feel at home.

Property was nice and drinks were great. The food was not as spectacular as I had hoped for.

Overall good place, loved the swim out room, easy access across the property, food was 7 out of 10, plenty of options available.

All the working staff was excellent service.

The property was gorgeous and the staff was excellent! We did have to ask a few times about the birthday, but they came through. The food at Rainwater was excellent. Breathless buffet was not good, it had no taste. The room would be even better with phone charging outlets on the nightstand and a bench for the shower. The water in the shower was just warm, it never got hot. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to return and we will recommend to our friends and family. Entertainer Angel “Brown Sugar” was excellent and engaging! We loved the Cowboy band too!
