The place stanks rooms are filthy and nasty

When I left

Loved the hot water. Minimal but workable.

Nothing. Tv didn’t work. Gave us towels for 2 when 4 was there. No one on site. Looks run down. Towel rack missing, pillows were flat.

No staff. Tablet screen self service at desk that takes forever. Noisy. Felt unsafe. Very dirty rooms and lobby.

Terrible service had to get my own towels from the employee laundry room. Very limited breakfast options and no one working in the front desk. The worst experience I’ve ever had a hotel. I will never stay here again if I hadn’t booked this so far in advance, I would never have stayed.

It is dirty. My toilet ran constantly. Even after i asked for maintenance. The wifi foe the tv didnt work until I complained. And then it was only for 1 night. There was trash all over the sidewalks and parkin lot. The service is almost nonexistent. The bed is uncomfortable. They do have a water coolee so thats something

Location

No in-person employee- you must speak to a person on a screen who is not a good English speaker. No clothing storage- no dressers- no hangers- no iron- no ironing board. No service to be found anywhere. One guest had to go to the Employees Only laundry room to get his own towels after waiting for 28 min. Couldn’t hang my clothes up- no hangers. Was lied to multiple times about a manager coming to help us. Dead bugs everywhere- filfthy. Food containers with sauces left behind nightstand with tons of dirt & debris. Clearly no cleaning is done. I didn’t stay the 2nd night that I paid for. Man on the screen said I was not getting my money/deposit back if I left. I still left. Worst place ever to stay in Carbondale.
