This property is NOT a hotel. No front desk. No reception area. ZERO services. Cheapest polyester beddings. Not even a coverlet cover. Cheap terribly used towels. Extension cords constitute the in-room electrical system. No sound insulation. Windows do not lock. Overall a terrible. The WORST price for value ever. NEVER repeat this mistake
The hotel is decent for the area. The beach is not onsite, you have to go to the next town for the beach. The hotel is near the harbor. The staff was nice and helpful.
USI did not stay at this property because the hotel canceled my reservation and emailed me on July 12, 2024. They said they didn't have the availability and Booking is supposed to refund my money of $2,282.56. My cancelation number is 8567370364

USPRIME location. You are in walking distance from the supermarket, coffee shop, several diners and bike rentals. Don’t forget to check out Main Street of which is also is within 5min walking distance. Local town with Vintage ships, clothing stores and restaurants. Oaks Bluff is approx 15min away via car. Uber is the way to go. You can bike ride there as well. Property/rooms are clean
Rooms are small. Some need cosmetic updates. Lacks 24hr in house concierge service No iron No microwave in room however communal kitchen fully equipped with utilities to prepare meals.
USConveniently located near bus stop, beds were comfortable and the room had A/C.
The exterior leaves a lot to be desired, A/C was very loud, bathroom couldn’t have been any smaller and the linens looked as if they were purchased at good will.
This property was masked by an air freshener. It was overpriced at $330 a night when it was set up like less than a motel. The place smells as if it was just taken from underwater and it is drying out. The curtains were filled with mildew so much so the inside was eaten away. No staff at the facility to discuss challenges with. I had to cut my trip short.
Needs a serious overhaul I am being generous with 3 stars (mostly for good location)

The room was not cleaned the first day and we had to ask 3 times to have it cleaned the next day.
There was no place to hang your clothing. The room was incredibly small. Staff at front desk were the best very nice, friendly, helpful
