Harbor Landing Resort

booking overbooked we had to find a place to stay. Not the properties Falt and still waiting for my refund.

The location was great,just a short walk from Main Street. The staff were lovely, very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is no tea or coffee machine but there is a great market next door that sells lots of items for breakfast and is very reasonable. There is a lovely park right at the back of the hotel. I would definitely come back to Harbour Landing

There was nothing I did not like

They left me stranded with no place to stay. do not recommend. extremely poor management. Upon my arrival, staff was outside partying with friends. They did not even acknowledge me until I went back out to ask for help when there was nobody at front desk. Nor did anyone answer my calls prior to my arrival. I booked through Expedia but even got confirmation from harbor landing via phone. I double checked to make sure rooms were available and she even told me and assured that I could give my card information directly to the hotel and she said there were in fact rooms available. If there were no rooms available why would hotel staff have access to an available room and be readily able to book for me. I showed up on my check in day and the general manager claimed Expedia canceled my reservation when they did not. I did not receive any communication about a cancellation. In fact, they resent me my confirmation as I was on the phone with Expedia trying to remedy my issue. The manager then told me Expedia refunded me my money , which they did not. So when he tried to find something available for me, it was an additional $250 with no offer for an inconvenience discount. Why should I have to pay extra if my rooms are booked? But there’s a room available and you’re telling me there isn’t. They didn’t even bother to hop on a call with the third party Expedia customer service on their end to try and find out what the issue with the booking was. They blamed Expedia. They did not offer anything for inconvenience. 20 minutes after I left, Expedia called me stating harbor landing cannot accommodate my stay. Very poor management and scheduling. No hospitality training whatsoever. very disappointed in my nightmare experience. It’s clear they overbooked and made a mistake on their end. will never return.

PEACEFUL AND BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Dammar has done a wonderful job making Harbor Landing feel like HOME! The staff were pleasant and inviting. The kitchen was clean. Our room was well maintained. I posted on social media, and everyone wants to come stay!

It's a very nice cozy place. The management was very attentive. The manager called me and made an upgrade free of charge. I would recommend this place.

Location was close to the ferry

Beds are not comfortable at all. AC barely cooled the room down. Felt more like a fan. Mostly, never once saw someone work there the whole weekend. Run down and nasty tbh. Can’t believe how expensive this hotel was for the low quality.

Still unclear if it was a hotels.com error or a Harbor Landing issue. I had a room booked for 6/21-23/2024. When I went to confirm the reservation and check in process, (I was already en-route to the island) I was told that they had different dates and that they did not have availability for me. I had to scramble to find a new room-which ended up costing me a whole lot of money that I didn’t intend on paying. I believe I have a refund being issued for my ‘non stay’ at Harbor Landing. But this was a HUGE inconvenience and had my family been with me-a disaster. I could go on…. Only got a ‘token’ credit from hotels.com.
