Overall it was a good stay. The rooms could use some updating for sure - the curtains had holes in them and the furniture was outdated. With that said, everything was very clean and staff was friendly. Our room was ready early which was great. The one downside was that the hotel was not able to hold our luggage after checkout which made the rest of the afternoon difficult logistically while we were waiting for the ferry.
Dammar the manager was amazing.. property was clean and people were friendly.
USMy husband and I stayed at Harbor landing for a few days. It was my first time at Martha's Vinyard. The place is not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms were nice and clean and had a kitchenette. There's also a community kitchen if folks want to cook, a grill outside, and a TV room. What made our stay beautiful was Sandra, the receptionist. She is so bubbly, and she was basically our tour guide. She told us where to visit and the best places to eat. We had the best time. We will definitely go back.
My husband and I stayed at Harbor Landing condominium for a few days. The place doesn't have much to offer, but Sandra, front desk receptionist, made our stay so much more enjoyable. She told us the best places to go and all of them were enjoyable. Where to find the best lobster rolls, the best Italian restaurants, the light house. We had the best time, thanks to her. We will definitely go back.
Sandra might be the best person I have ever come across in this industry. We missed our ferry and were stuck on the island during a busy summer weekend. She made sure to stay up till we were set and comfortable. She also might be the reason I get to date and marry the woman I came with someday if I am lucky enough. Stay tuned.
I’d give this place a 10 out of 5 if I could for the following: the service was superb; the amenities satisfied my family’s needs; and location was ideal. Hands down I’d stay again- no-I will stay there again on subsequent visits . This place is a hidden gem!
We got to the hotel and it was nothing like we expected it’s not a resort with a water front and the building needs a new coat of paint and the ac vents are very old! The management team is terrible.
My friend and I had the best week at Harbor Landing. The rooms and common areas were clean and nicely decorated. The staff was also super helpful and friendly. The manager was outstanding and gave us multiple recommendations on places to explore or eat around the island; all of which we checked out and had a great time. This hotel was great and we look forward to going back!
