I had a trip with my mother planned for the first time in almost 7 years. We were scheduled to arrive on the 19th. That day the crowdstrike meltdown happened. I tried calling to explain the situation and the person at the desk couldn’t care less. He was completely uninterested and couldn’t be less helpful. I called several more times and it was the same level of rudeness. When I was finally able to get a person on the line at Hotels.com (and this took days). They cancelled the reservation after hotels.com got involved. They said they would refund me, ad still have not. Basically this hotel will treat you horribly in an extremely stressful situation that is beyond your control and never refund you.

Hotel was easy to find off of the Vineyard Haven SSA port. I took my car over. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a full kitchen and living room for all guests to use. Small fridge in the room. Room and beds were small, but that is what we selected. Plenty of parking also.

Staff are amazing

The room was very roomy. Bed was extremely comfortable. The AC worked well once the room was finally cooled off. Booking.com messed up our reservations. We were supposed to have 1 room for 4 people and got 1 room with 1 king bed. The hotel accommodated us by giving us a second room at no extra cost!

It was extremely warm when we first got in. It took a while for the AC to cool the room. Bathroom was small but it was very clean. More toiletries would have been nice. Also, I would not go through booking.com next time as the reservation was messed up.

The pictures were deceiving. There wasn’t a pool, or beach on property as the pictures showed! Very expensive for no amenities! Staff was very nice!

This place SUCKS. Where’s the 0 star option? Not only did we find a kitchen plate with narcotics upon arrival on it our first stay, but since our last 2 stays the accommodations have only gone downhill. To top off this nightmare of a motel, this morning at 9am a cleaning person barged in our room while we were still in bed—with our do not disturb tag on, and check out not until 11am, nonetheless. The building doors that are supposed to be locked are wide open, so anybody can waltz in at anytime of the night with no security. Plus, the rooms that are available are literally wide open and you can see inside them all, so it’s a free party when there’s nobody at the desk. Which is probably why they’ve had squatters in the past. What used to be a nice entryway has been replaced with a tacky “now open” sign that looks like it came from a used car lot. The nice rooftop balcony is only decent until you get locked outside so be careful. We had to rescue a pretty angry couple that was stuck outside and couldn’t reach the front desk since nobody was working. They’ve taken out the AC units from the main lobby and hallways. They’ve removed real silverware in the kitchen and has been replaced by wimpy plastic. Please don’t ever come here for your safety. This is the scary truth about this place, it’s gone downhill a LOT. Management sucks too.

The PRICE! It was clean and the bed was comfortable enough.

This is a place that definitely needs upgrades in their rooms and bathrooms, it was definitely straight out of the 1970's! Everything was clean and comfortable, but if you want a boutique setting this is not your place -- it is a s pace to sleep! There is no breakfast included. The staff was nice and helped as best they could.

booking overbooked we had to find a place to stay. Not the properties Falt and still waiting for my refund.
