Location was good.

No sugar for tea/ coffee

Very convenient for everything I needed to do in my brief stay in Como, accommodation was comfortable and clean and reasonably quiet considering it's position.

Nothing at all really, the only thing I would add is that a safe would have been a real bonus to keep passport etc in.

We had a nice stay. The apartment is in a great historic location and close to local amenities. You can find lots of monuments , restaurants and shops to visit. The Como lago train station is close and can be reached within walking distance. Rooms were clean and the apartment provided all useful facilities that we needed (Iron ,washing machine, clean towels etc). The host was easy to get in touch with whenever there were any queries.

Wi-fi wasn't strong and worked only in one room. TV couldn't connect to the internet and channels wouldn't work. The area is beautiful but a bit noisy for a better sleep as the apartment is located near and above shops, restaurants and bars. With no lift it was a bit hard to carry luggage and shopping bags up the stairs. Parking was a bit hard as the inner city centre is a restricted traffic zone for most vehicles but with the right information you could park nearby and pay for it. Overall this is a great location and I recommend it.

The location is in the center of everything near the lake and the boat docks. It is an easy walk from either Como-Lago or Como San G train station. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is clean. The air conditioning works well in the primary bedroom. There is a portable ac unit in the other bedroom. The living area is good for up to 4 adults and the kitchen works out well enough.

The portable ac unit would work better if there were a separate vent to outside. It would allow you to keep windows closed. This is important because the street outside is noisy until 1am and street cleaners sweep each morning at 6am. So, figuring out the window situation would really enhance the experience. The interior courtyard was a little sketchy, but didn’t cause any problems. The key box was difficult to manage in the dim lighting.

Great service! Roberto let us check in early which was nice. Very nice location, walkable to all restaurants and shops! Loved the little alley!

Facilities were ideal for our trip. Very central and exactly as described. Our contact (Roberta) was very helpful.

Beautiful property, the building scared us at the beginning but the apartment is in a good conditions. The only thing I will suggest the owner is to leave more trash bags we didn’t have enough. Other than that we would love to come back and recomen this amazing apartment

The location was good

It was very difficult to check in. I received an email from booking.com to check in at a different address and when I went there, found out the office was closed due to ‘staff training’. I called the number on the booking.com mail, it was wrong number. I tried other Italianway numbers, either they did not speak English or did not know what to do or did not answer the call. Finally someone called me to say he is coming in 30mins and gave me the keys from the safe. Terribly old building, trash and rubbles welcome you at the gate, too much noise from neighbours, TV not working, bugs in the bed, renovated but price is extremely high for the property.
