"Would not return to this property."

Location was excellent. Never mentioned that this property did not have a lift. Needed to pay people coming and going to help us get the luggage up and down. Air conditioners were not in the walls. They were adequate but one was never vented out so the hot air stayed in the room. No air conditioner in kitchen living room area. Ironing board broken and iron did not work. Had a minimum of toilet paper, toweling, soap. Very minimal supplies for the price we paid. Interior of the building is not taken care of and steps were very steep.

The location was great! Clean, comfortable space. Good wifi, good appliances. All streamlined and user friendly. There were only 3 of us so we had a lot of space (the value would be better across a larger group but it was nice to spread out for a couple nights!). The host was very communicative and helpful. There was coffee :) always a plus. The host also helped arrange a private transfer to MXP on our way out which we really appreciated. Thank you!

The only thing I would say is that it might be more convenient to check-in closer to the location of the apartment. We disembarked the main ferry (not the rapid boat), walked to the check in off and ended up backtracking most of the way to get to the apartment. It’s not far, but if you have luggage and/or anyone in your group that’s not up for retracing steps (especially when warmer out) it might be seen as a little roundabout/redundant. The woman at the check-in office was very kind and helped arrange a taxi for my parents. Thank you!

Everything was perfect! The host was super nice and patient with us. We had a delay due to work and we got nothing but understanding. The place was lovely and had everything that we needed. The location is absolutely fantastic!

Very nice apartment in the old city of Como. Clean design and furniture.

Unfortunately the stove was in maintenance during our stay.
