Palacio Provincial San Juan, Adults only, Curio Collection by Hilton

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent for doing things in Old San Juan. The rooms are large and very contemporary. The bed was very comfortable. It was also very clean. There can noise from the large heavy doors to the rooms. But that can lessened by closing the outer door to the room pairs. The restaurant is decent with a more American menu than Caribbean. The rooftop bar is very nice, with wonderful cooling breezes. We did not use the pool or hot tub. They looked nice and clean. The hotel is very historical. The building was most recently used as the Dept of State and the US Post Office. The property is also adults only. Do not rent a car if staying here as there really isn't anywhere to park. Plus, there is intense street construction at the present time. It does stop around 5pm. Our only issue with this property is the $55 resort fee. It is way to high for what it supposedly offers. We never used or received any of the services that the resort fee covers.

Beautiful property, in an amazing location, close to literally everything. Rooftop pool and bar plus the outdoor villa concept is stunning. Enrique, Nancy, Adrianna, Juan Carlos, Maria, Efran all made our stay so amazing. Another young lady I think her name was Carolys, she was so patient and helpful with our checkout issue.

Had both ends of the street blocked off so gettin a Lyft or uber to the airport or anywhere was damn near impossible. The front desk agent Jaysha gave myself an my friends an unpleasant attitude when we would ask about our check in process also blatantly omitted information when we requested a late check out.

Very good continental breakfast.

For guests currently staying, their rooms will not be cleaned until after 5 pm.
