The experience was really outstanding. The crew lead by Andrea Ubior made an awesome work. They tried me, my family member and friends excellent during my sister birthday. They have an alternative for everything. The place has beautiful scenic views of the Old San Juan Bay for day or night. THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

I had the best experience this weekend celebrating my 60th birthday. The staff was amazing beyond words. Andrea Ubior walked me through my options and helped me plan the best party. Everyone knew exactly what I wanted and executed my vision flawlessly and went above and beyond. Atiana was also amazing waitressing for my group the whole night. I totally recommend for your next gathering!!

I have been stuck here due to bad weather in the states and the entire staff has been so helpful and accommodating! Especially Edgard upstairs at the bar. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a place in old San Juan this one is centrally located, easy access to restaurants, bars, and shopping, and willing to help you with anything!

First floor rooms windows are at street level so you cant open the blinds. There is a bar across the street. From 11:00pm til 1:30am its quite noisy.

We stayed for two nights in January and found the hotel to be perfect. It's exactly where you want to be in Old San Juan for wandering around town. The room was quiet, clean, and well detailed. We had breakfast, dinner and happy hour at the hotel and the food was good. The ENTIRE hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and well trained. We've stayed at a lot of great hotels. This tops the list!

i liked the infinity pool and the staff

i thought they could have done something for our honeymoon as a perk to make it special but it was nothing. also it said on booking.com that parking was included and $28 breakfast was included. but when we asked there was no parking and we had to hike to bring our stuff from a parking garage and then breakfast was not included and that was a price estimate but it would probably cost more to get breakfast - i think this is honestly the fault of the third party booking rather than the hotel but it was a bummer to have to spend another $50 on top of it when we didn’t expect it

I picked an excellent hotel for my visit. The personnel were all so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Raul, who works front desk in the evenings, and also hosts the wine cart from 5:00 until 5:30 on the outdoor patio. The top floor infinity pool is really refreshing, and you can order drinks and light refreshments from Noon on. The restaurant downstairs stays open throughout the day. Since I did not rent a car, the location of this hotel was great, as it is right in the old section. I enjoy historic buildings like this one, which is about 200 years old.
