We were upgraded to The Secret Garden suite, the room we had booked was no longer available. It was beautiful and elegant. The bed was very comfortable. Well stocked mini fridge in kitchenette.

Location was brilliant. Lovely clean rooms. Staff were very welcoming and resolved the issues we had straight away..

Couple of items were not working (mirror light in bathroom and roof window blinds in Polo) when we raised this with the staff we were offered a change of room to Moneypenny. The same mirror fault was also in our replacement room. Both roms beautiful however not enough wardrobe/cupboard space to put clothing away. Staff should stay in the rooms to iron out these issues.

Beautiful apartment. Great location. Right in the centre of Chester.

It does say that it’s in the centre so to expect noise, which is fine, but it was really loud being right above a nightclub!
