Apple Tree Inn

Food was delicious! Live music on Saturday night. There were some renovations going on, so the sunroom was unavailable, that was the only drawback. But there was no noise from any of that. The inn is lovely, room/bed was very comfortable, the staff is very friendly. I would gladly return!

Out second stay, stayed back in 2021. Renovation seemed finished, lovely historic building. Excellent breakfast from the brunch menu with middle Eastern flare. We had a great stay!

We love this place it's so cozy and charming. Specially with all the upgrades they did. The only downside is the restaurant, I would not have dinner there again but there are great options around, like Boema.

This historic place has all the charm and character! Incredibly close to Tanglewood, The Mount, and downtown Lenox, you can’t find a better spot. The 1800’s building has charm, just be aware there are no elevators in the main building (this is not a problem to me!) the property is gorgeous, views stunning, full of character, and the restaurant was delicious.

We just stayed at this Inn. Do NOT stay here. My husband and I have a young toddler who does not sleep and were given one golden opportunity to get away for a night. We chose Apple Tree Inn. It was a terrible mistake. Unbeknownst to us, we were put in a room above their VERY LOUD tavern, that plays live music and allows patrons to stay on, loudly, after closing. We had to reach out to the owner to remind her that guests were staying above the tavern and were trying to sleep. Then we were woken up again early Sunday morning with what seemed to be a drum sound check but in any event was loud music. They should notify their guests that this particular room (Bristed) is above the tavern and no one should expect any sleep when they stay there. We paid nearly $400 for the privilege of getting not much more sleep than we would have gotten at home. Note that we explained this at check out and we reached out to the Inn after in the hopes they’d try to make it right. Their response was that they were sorry and they hoped we’d come back and give them another chance. No, we will not come back. Why would be come spend more money here in the hope that this next time we won’t be kept up late and woken up early? It makes no sense. Stay away from this place.
