The Landing Rooftop is fantastic! We had Arlo as our server, and he was attentive, caring, funny, and incredibly helpful when it came to choosing what to eat. We all decided on the Angus steak burgers with sidewinder fries, and they were absolutely delicious. To top it off, we shared the chocolate ganache cake — a warm chocolate cake with berry sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream — which was the perfect ending to our meal. We arrived just in time to catch a beautiful sunset, making the evening even more special. What started as a simple dinner with my granddaughters turned into a truly memorable experience at The Landing Rooftop.

Valet was efficient and the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful in local restaurant recommendations. The room was just average, bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning unit made a little bit more noise than I would have preferred. Bathroom was fine, a little on the smaller side when two people are trying to get ready, towels are a little small not very soft.

Stayed for an overnight before our cruise. We arrived early. When Asked if we could check in Early the staff member at the desk was very unaccommodating. That is not why I give this a low review. I give it a low review because once we were able to be in the room we could hear every vehicle passing by. This being on the tenth floor. My night was not filled with comfortable sleep because I was awaken every time a car, truck or large vehicle passed by below. The room was clean and beautiful. The furnace I was loud when it turned on therefore I turned it off but it didn’t help with noise factor. So I don’t get much sleep.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded expectations — but Samantha at the front desk truly made our stay unforgettable. My husband and I were pretty stressed when we found out we needed to switch rooms mid-stay due to peak travel season. Samantha immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to help us. She thoughtfully figured out a solution that made the move as seamless as possible — even keeping us on the same floor, which made a world of difference. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a smooth, stress-free experience entirely because of her. My husband summed it up perfectly when he said (and I quote): “Samantha is an angel sent from heaven.” And honestly… he wasn’t wrong. She is warm, professional, solution-oriented, and an incredible face for this beautiful hotel. On top of that, the rooms were immaculately clean, stylish, and so classy — everything you’d hope for and more. We will 10,000% be staying here again. Don’t overthink it — just book. ✨

From check-in to check-out and in between, Destiny was there as needed throughout my stay. She did a wonderful job! Everything was to my liking.

Location was nice. It wasn’t any guest parking so I had to valet.

The parking was a bit all over the place.
