Die Lage, direkt am Bahnhof, 20 min zu Fuß zum Hafen

Fehlende Sauberkeit im Zimmer aber insbesondere in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Küche war wenig eingerichtet: einen Topf, eine Müslischale, 3 Teller, 2 Löffel und genügend Gläser waren vorhanden.

Was clean that’s all I could say was ok

Charged for parking when there was no parking space so just had to feel off about leaving it near the bins.

it’s a super comfortable room, shower was lovely, in a very convenient place, parking was just down the road at the train station and 10 minute walk away from city centre

it’d be good if there were key cards as opposed to codes for each door, and our room was on the very top floor and it wouldn’t be massively accessible to someone using a walking aid

Convenient location to both train station/city centre, the self catering facilities, and the cleanliness of the room.

There was nothing we didn’t like as such, but the mattress was too firm for our liking, the toilet seat fell off almost instantly, and the shower could do with being looked at as it was a bit leaky.

The fact you have to pay a deposit of £50 refunded after 5 days or 10 none refundable. Wanted ID passport etc. I was out for the day with my partner just wanted somewhere to crash for night so why all that is needed for a room baffles me. 3 different codes to get in front door landing and room which was 3 flights up stairs carpets was filthy. Met a disabled couple one with a walking chair and one a dislocated hip and was on same floor as us so no facilities for disabled at all. They also had issues with their room not cleaned rubbish left in room,bed slept in and not changed . We also had No air con just a unbalanced fan that was no good. They have kitchen facilities which didn't know till the morning really.
