Clean and very well located.

Love the location in relation to where we needed to be. Have stayed at this site twice before and cannot fault it.

Nothing to dislike

Location and decor fab. 2 minute walk to train station. Nice shower. Minimalist decor. Clean.

Hard bed. Broken toilet seat. No tea, coffee or milk and broken fridge. Lack of storage. Had to lug our suitcases around all day until 3pm. Early check in offered for £20 but still not until 12pm. Would be massively beneficial to put in storage lockers outside for customers to avoid this. I've stayed 3 times now and this has always been my biggest bugbear!

Very close to the train station. Self check in. Clean.

Noisy guests. Lack of facilities within bedroom.

Good location clean

There were three different codes needed to get in and we were only given one via book.com. which left us locked outside trying to contact customer service that wouldn't respond. Finally got a message from them hours later with the correct code. Made for a stressful check in.

The actual place was really good as was most of the communication

I gave the car reg but nothing was sorted around parking. Had to spend nearly an hour driving around to try and find something. Would have just travelled by train if we had known Additionally there was barely any toilet roll
