Very close to train station, quiet location, clean. There are also sockets on both sides of the bed which I always appreciate. Good communication with the host via booking, even during our stay.

Wifi was very poor, so if you need to work from there, it might not be possible. The cookware, such as pots and pans, was in very poor condition, barely suitable for cooking... additional unexpected costs during check-in to cover any potential accidental damage.

Good location, nice off road walk into town and the Hoe, not too far. Clean room and kitchen. We had a great "student type" living experience here and it was pet friendly. We will go back because of these things.

Carpets need a little freshen up. Photos might suggest this was a whole apartment, however this is a nice en-suite room with shared kitchen/diner, similar to student accomodation. Cost us extra ££ when we registered for the auto check in, £20 extra per night for our pet, we thought the extra charges could have been bit clearer at the initial booking stage.

I don’t think I fully realised it was a shared kitchen. The staircase area was dirty on the carpet so a little off putting on arrival While the door had a code it did not feel secure. You could hear other people’s tv through the walls and even them sleeping. No provision for wifi
