It’s tool late to inform me that my guests and I cannot use the rooftop that evening of Oct 3! Just wanted to have my 60th birthday picture poses there. :(

My experience at this Westin was disappointing due to unprofessional conduct by the front desk staff, which may be the result of a lack of training and poor management oversight. During the first night of the stay, in the middle of the night at 2:30 am, there was loud screaming and noises on my floor that appeared to be an altercation as a result of domestic violence. The front desk staff didn’t respond to the situation promptly, and the issue persisted for more than half an hour before the security team was dispatched. The incident was not only disruptive for guests who needed to rest, but it also reflected a lack of training and deficient management. When this was shared with Danielle, the manager’s response was unprofessional, and it was clear that she was too busy to be bothered, which made the stay feel transactional.  Also keep in mind that this hotel is located near the college campus and was overrun with students who partied and created a lot of noise during their stay. The unexpected incident and frequent noise disturbances reflected poor management oversight and inadequate training. If a front office manager doesn't seem to know the fundamental principles of service, perhaps she should not work in hospitality, and the Westin should hire a manager who genuinely cares about the safety and experience of the guest.

Nice hotel in downtown Tempe. Easy walking access to the bars and shops. The only downside is finding the parking near the hotel. Charging $50 for valet I believed it is outraged amount of money. I was lucky enough to find a spot near the hotel.

Very convinent location. Staff were most helpful. Very beautiful property with quality service and rooms.

Good but not enough

No parking on site. That was our only problem with this property. Besides that it’s gorgeous and the amenities are top tier.

Everyone was welcoming, the hotel is lovely! The only thing we didn't like was the very slippery shower floor and the tiny mat to stand on. Will stay again!!
