Condo on the Beach at the Sands Onetangi

Kitchen was well equipped making it easy to make meals

The property was advertised as having 2 double beds and a room with 2 singles. When we arrived the singles were zipped together and made as a double. We have 2 teenagers which was clear on booking as we had to enter their ages, so it was unacceptable for me to have to unmake the bed and try to remake it using the 2 Large sheets as bottom sheets, having NO SINGLE TOP OR BOTTOM SHEETS. There were 2 single doonas WITHOUT COVERS that we had to use WITH NO TOP SHEETS and dirty stained white blankets that clearly had not been washed. There was a large amount of black pubic hair on the floor around the toilet in the main bathroom when we arrived and the shower screens both needed a good clean.

The flat was very good but the bathrooms need maintenance... In the M bedroom, fan was not working and heater gave a very bad smell when started for few seconds and could not use it later as the smell was awful that spread all through the appt... And the shower door in the m bedroom was not sealed so bath water soaked the floor outside the shower place... Otherwise, all was good.

Lovely apartment right on the beach.

Shower didn't drain properly. No drapes in the living room.

Location was fabulous.
