"Beautiful peaceful setting and location for college graduation stay at The Colonial."

Gardens, great location to local restaurants and art shops. Old home luxury feel.

All marks off were due to room very hot/no air movement. No fan on even though monitor on wall read temp and fan on-outdoor in 70s much cooler than inside our room. “Muffins and fruit” for breakfast with coffee were sparse for a place that has bar/restaurant and speaks of luxury and beautiful morning outdoor coffee/reading/work garden tree lined paths.

"Nice place but pricey."

Location and renovation are great. Bar is nice- great bartender.

Asked for early check in by email and phone call. Usually check in is 3pm and asked for 2pm to get ready for a wedding. Arrived and room was just starting to be cleaned at 2pm. Also no onsite parking.

Great location.

Having some instructions on how to get to regular tv would have been helpful.
